Cardinal Pediatrics now offers autism evaluations thru Tori Glock, PPCNP-BC (ages 1.5-5) and Dr. Traci Berry-Harris, PsyD (ages 4+).  Here is a list of resources.  If you have found something that has helped you out, please let us know so we can help all families.   We are a part of your child's team to success! 

If you are a Cardinal Kid and are worried about Autism, please reach out to your PCP to evaluate and they will work with you.  If you are being referred from an outside provider, please complete the New Patient Intake (link below) and send us medical records, immunization records, applicable school accommodations (IEP/504 plans), and call/text our office to schedule at 304-599-8000.

Our visit format is as follows:

• 1st visit: Intake - Discuss medical history and required forms - expect 45 minutes - can be telemed if a WV resident
• 2nd visit: Evaluation Testing - 90 minutes of Evaluation Testing. Must be in person and have completed teacher forms
• 3rd visit: Followup - Discuss results from testing and recommendations/referrals if needed - expect 45 minutes - can be telemed if a WV resident
