- Breastfeeding Solutions ($4.99) Created by an experieced Lactation Consultant, this app offers help understanding and resolving the 30 most common breastfeeding problems.

- Some women who used visualization and guided imagery were able to pump up to 2 to 3 times their original volume! Some women also had higher fat content in their milk compared to pumped milk before this mental exercise.
