Angela Ferguson, MD, FAAP

Bridgeport Location

As a proud native of West Virginia, Dr. Ferguson was born and raised in Huntington. After high school, she attended West Virginia University and earned her B.A. in Chemistry. Following her time in Morgantown, she migrated back to her hometown to receive her M.D. from Marshall University School of Medicine. She completed her pediatric residency through WVU-Charleston Division at CAMC Women and Children's Hospital.

For the last twenty years she has provided quality pediatric care to the children in the Teays Valley area of the Mountain State. She is pleased to become a partner with the families of the Bridgeport community to provide excellent quality care to their children's overall health and well-being.  She loves treating kids for ADHD and Mental Health as she feels there is such a need in all areas of our state.

When Dr. Ferguson isn't working in the office, she is a busy mom to her own three children. At the moment, she spends most of her free time cheering on her youngest son at his sporting events. She also enjoys travelling with her family, esp. outdoor adventures like hiking and kayaking around the woods and lakes of the state. She loves to bake tasty treats on her days off and is often found putting her green thumb to good use in her many flowerbeds around her home.
