Taylor Holland, DNP, CPNP-AC/PC

Taylor Holland is a pediatric nurse practitioner with more than 10 years of experience caring for children and their families. After completing her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from WVU, she returned home to Jackson County, WV, where she began working in the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit at CAMC Women and Children’s Hospital. While caring for PICU patients, she developed a passion for supporting families through both routine and complex care needs. Taylor earned her Doctor of Nursing Practice degree at Baylor University, with dual preparation as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner in both acute and primary care. She believes in meeting families where they are—whether providing reassurance for everyday needs or guiding them through more serious challenges.

 Outside of work, Taylor enjoys spending time with her husband, their two (very spoiled) dogs, and being outdoors. Her happy place is The Outer Banks, and she loves fishing, traveling to new places, and a good dad joke. Taylor also enjoys reading, gardening, and spending quality time with family and friends. She is excited to continue following her calling to care by serving the patients and families at Cardinal Pediatrics!
